Responsibilities

  • Become HP’s foremost expert on work culture thought leadership with an understanding of global nuances
  • Finds and summarises potential trends derived from media, online sources, academia, and podcasts to enrich and validate our future of work research program
  • Use creative approaches and questions to validate potential trends we observe around the world
  • Lead the relationship with the key research partner on this topic, from project-managing primary research across multiple countries through to delivery of annual findings
  • Analyse data to generate insights, uncover trends and country-nuances, build compelling stories on how work culture is evolving, and what that means for technology
  • Syntheise desk and primary research results into thought leadership content, such as reports, articles, keynote presentations, press releases, infographics, talk-tracks for executive presentations/interviews/client meetings etc.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of internal teams and stakeholders to deliver compelling content
