What are the primary responsibilities of the HR staff during the event?
The HR staff supports the full-time HR team with processing new hire on-boarding, I-9 verification, entering new employee data, creating employee IDs, assisting with employee time keeping, and addressing HR inquiries on-site.

Yes, working knowledge of the Workday HRIS system and Time Clock Plus is a plus.
What qualifications are required for applicants?
Applicants should have 2+ years of administrative or assistant experience, preferably in Human Resources, along with strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Will the HR staff be required to work overtime?
Yes, the position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet deadlines.

The work environment can be loud and busy, and staff must be able to tolerate these conditions and stand for up to four hours at a time.
