Responsibilities

  • Coordina e sorveglia il processo di costruzione nel rispetto del progetto, degli standard e delle procedure di qualità aziendali, delle normative ambientali e di sicurezza, dei tempi stabiliti e dei costi preventivati.
  • Definisce le misure di prevenzione e protezione ambientale da adottarsi nel cantiere ed in tutte le sue pertinenze in accordo con il DC / CC e ne assicura il trasferimento al personale Alstom ed a quello di subappaltatori.
  • Opera nel rispetto delle misure di prevenzione e protezione antinfortunistiche ed ambientali individuate dall’azienda e vigila sull’applicazione delle stesse nella propria area di competenze in qualità di Dirigente per la sicurezza ai sensi delle normative vigenti.
  • Sotto la supervisione del Construction Manager gestisce la ricezione e l’utilizzo sia dei materiali che delle attrezzature, mette in essere le disposizioni operative e gli elaborati progettuali sulla base dei quali fa eseguire i montaggi.
  • Coordina e dirige un team costituito da capo squadra, operai e da operatori di macchine ferroviarie e impartisce le necessarie disposizioni al personale addetto la conduzione di lavori di installazione.
  • E’ responsabile della sicurezza della squadra a lui affidata e come tale è abilitato alla firma dei permessi di lavoro (ad esempio i mod. IE 605 di tolta tensione.)
  • Conosce ed interpreta con autonomia tutti i principali elaborati progettuali.
  • Supervisiona le attività del subappaltatore, ne controlla l’avanzamento fisico e contabile, l’adeguatezza alle disposizioni in ambito EHS e qualità.
