Requirements

  • You are skilled in working with data and quality management and the general industry market.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Highly adept in MS Excel, PowerBI and database management software/platforms.
  • You have 1/2 years of experience in industrial service operations, focused on electric-electronic equipment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Degree in Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
  • You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English.
  • You hold current driving license type B and VISA/work permit in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in initiatives/projects related to Installed Base (IB) management. Each day, you will gather business requirements on IB data and drive improvements. You will also showcase your expertise by representing the business in IB core team. You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting and coaching businesses to establish and leverage IB management as the basis for enhancing customer relationship and increased share of wallet / customer satisfaction. Developing the overall business case for IB management roadmap and individual initiatives, in close relationship with Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams. Leading common Service IB management process and tools. Supporting factories in their integrations to IB database. Working closely with global support team and related process owners to ensure that Super User support is in place. Utilizing them to work on data quality improvements and ensure consistent and smooth end-to-end processes and user /customer experience. Developing, maintaining, and following Key Performance Indicators (KPI). You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
