Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting and reliability improvements for upstream & downstream manufacturing facilities to maintain safety, availability & reliability of instrumentation system.
  • Develop & execute instrument Surveillance system
  • Analyze maintenance record to determine instruments failure rates, availability, reliability, failure modes.
  • Develop & execute process control surveillance program
  • Collect & trend process data using companies multiple process historian database & visualization software tool.
  • Specify select instrumentation, valve electrical & control system required to operate process equipment
  • Managing Engineering project & deliver them on time PID control Loop Analysis, tuning & creating Operation logics
  • Ensuring proper working of all logic related program in process and packing lines
  • Ensuring proper working of all the electronic drives, devices (sensors, cards, HMI etc.), and backup of all programs
  • Leading digital and automation projects for all the area
  • Troubleshooting of breakdown related to all the errors of logic and programs.
