  • Sea-based offensive and defensive systems and their tactics.
  • Space and cyber capabilities and their tactics.
  • Current or previous experience as an Instructor or Evaluator.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Active clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and necessary SAP/SAR accesses.
  • Must have ability to work flexible schedule to support customer requirements.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational knowledge of Air Force doctrine, aircraft capabilities, and tactics to ensure realistic fighter training.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during the intelligence functions and ISR planning and execution of JITTC Operational Training events.
  • Support the development, coordination, and integration of intelligence functions and ISR to maximize training.
  • Orchestrate scenarios and constructive inputs for training events.
  • Create and modify mission-planning materials to ensure participants achieve maximum training.
  • Provide constructive and threat generation expertise for operational execution.
  • Provide instructor level expertise to help shape tactical training for participants.
  • Report issues related to stimulation software applications and provide basic trouble shooting support.
  • Supervise small groups of personnel involved in JITTC operations.
