We are deferring the recruitment of a substantive appointment until our new CEO is in post, which we anticipate will be in the autumn.

The Interim COO will be accountable for the three clinical divisions and Facilities teams and will lead the transformation programmes for Urgent & Emergency Care and Elective Care.

The Interim COO will be a full board member and a key part of the Trust Board and the Executive Team.
