  • Law degree or equivalent. (SQE candidates are welcome to apply. However, this is a fixed term position as advertised, without any possibility of an NQ role). Responsibilities

  • As a paralegal, you'll be supporting delivery of legal and governance work within RPS, mainly in the fields of corporate, governance and commercial contracts. We envisage the successful applicant will be a flexible paralegal with some experience across corporate, governance and commercial contracts but will consider applications from governance specialists who can demonstrate a flexible mindset to support the legal team in commercial contract management as well as governance work.
