Responsibilities

  • We’re getting ready to launch a brand-new employee communications platform that will put the right information, tools, and services in the hands of our people—wherever they are.
  • In this role, you’ll support the IC Channel Lead and work closely with IT and our platform vendor to bring it to life.
  • You’ll help set up the content management framework, move key information over from SharePoint, and support the phase-out of Workplace by Meta.
  • You’ll also develop processes to make content creation smooth and effective, while leading training to help teams make the most of the new platform.
  • Working with teams across the business, from operations and engineering to office-based teams, you’ll make sure their needs are factored into the platform’s design and ensure everything runs to plan.
  • With a focus on delivering a great user experience, you’ll help shape the way we communicate, making sure the platform stays relevant, engaging, and easy to use.
