  • Prior sales experience required
  • 4-year degree required or equivalent experience
  • MN Life Insurance license (or ability to pass within 30 days of employment) is required, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 6 registration required within 12 months of employment. Some books may require Series 63 registration.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Consulting:
  • Utilizes knowledge of Allianz products to turn each call into an opportunity for a sale. Questions to identify what company the caller is selling for and position Allianz products against the competition. Utilizes existing marketing materials to promote Allianz products, including Allianz's value added programs.
  • Meets and exceeds key performance benchmarks with an emphasis on attainment of sales goals.
  • Utilizes databases and other data collection methods to track producer production levels on current and proposed sales activity including producer feedback and comments.
  • Communicate with registered representatives that are affiliated with FINRA regulated broker dealers regarding products, including variable products.
  • Interaction with Division & Enterprise:
  • Generates and communicates agent activity and pertinent information to Internal Sales Manager and Director of Internal Sales.
  • Communicates industry trends and competitor information to Division Management Team.
  • Communicates field reaction to product rollout marketing strategy and existing product marketing eff orts.
  • Attends regularly scheduled training meetings.
  • Attends weekly sales summary and recognition meetings and frequent elite producer recognition.
