Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team of network engineers to design, build and support a range of managed IP networks and services specialising in SD-WAN and network security.
  • Design and build of customer IP networks covering SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, routing, switching, network security and encryption services.
  • Create detailed customer design documentation, equipment configurations and technical as built documentation.
  • Communicate network information to pre-sales, project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide 3rd line support for managed networks to customers and internal operations team.
