Requirements

  • Demonstrated work experience in central function in either delivery or an Operational area in IT / Change
  • Understanding of Change and IT programme / project deliveries and ability to use that knowledge to support processes and activities to ensure requirements are met effectively and efficiently

  • Management and/or previous policy experience combined with strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the monitoring of the delivery of IT Engineering & Delivery capabilities, through establishing consolidated metrics and reporting demonstrating value across technical delivery activities
  • Provide holistic MI of the IT Engineering function as it relates to the engagement and delivery of IT Change covering all the relevant dimensions (e.g. financials, resourcing, risks, issues, KPIs) to support decision making
  • Engage and collaborate with EPO, Group Change and IT Engineering & Delivery for a smooth demand management process
  • Oversee the budget and FTE management across the IT Engineering Function including engagement with Group Finance
  • Oversee all financial recoveries across the IT Engineering Function
  • Oversee the operational risk management across the IT Engineering Function including engagement with Group Risk
  • Have an understanding of the need for change, and the vision to manage and co-ordinate what is required to implement a world class IT Engineering function
