Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a technical help desk or technical customer service-related capacity required
  • Experience in a Windows user and server environment and experience supporting all Microsoft Office applications required
  • Ability to work at Gallup’s Berlin office four to five days a week, depending on office needs, required
  • Broad knowledge of networking, hardware installation and setup, and software applications as well as experience troubleshooting technical issues required
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly and to multitask while remaining focused on the customer required
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom preferred
  • Relevant certifications and education background in IT are welcome as part of a strong candidacy
  • Must be authorized to work in Germany on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • support and oversee inventory for all on-site technology and end-user equipment
  • troubleshoot user workstations and workstation software
  • maintain network equipment, including file servers, routers and switches
  • help with AV and conferencing needs, providing support for Gallup-hosted events
  • ensure that technology experiences are flawless
