Is this position remote or onsite?
This position is fully onsite in Milton, Ontario.
What are the working hours for this job?
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

You will be working with Cisco technologies, VM platforms such as Citrix and Windows, and various computer systems and networks.
Is travel required for this position?
Yes, travel may be required to other sites, and mileage coverage will be provided.

You will provide technical assistance for troubleshooting system and network problems, managing IT inventory, and supporting the rollout of new applications, among other responsibilities.
