Responsibilities

  • Manage licensing and access to various corporate SaaS subscriptions.
  • Perform on-site technical tasks, including installing, repairing computer equipment, network infrastructure, and software applications.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance including over the phone, on slack or by email.
