Responsibilities

  • In Ihrer Funktion sind Sie für die Installation, Konfiguration und regelmäßige Wartung von Windows-Clients und -Servern zuständig. Neben der Überwachung der Systemleistung führen Sie regelmäßige Updates und Backups durch.
  • Sie übernehmen den First- und Second-Level-Support für alle Einheiten im ADAC Weser-Ems einschließlich der Geschäftsstellen. Dabei analysieren und beheben Sie Hard- und Softwareprobleme, bearbeiten Support-Tickets, erfassen Fehlerlösungen im System, pflegen die technische Dokumentation und sorgen dafür, dass alle Systeme reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Im Rahmen der Netzwerkadministration verwalten und optimieren Sie die gesamte Netzwerkinfrastruktur, einschließlich Router-, Switch- und Firewall-Konfigurationen. Durch regelmäßige Sicherheitsprüfungen und Fehleranalysen stellen Sie sicher, dass die Netzwerke effizient und sicher arbeiten.
  • Außerdem bringen Sie sich aktiv in abteilungs- und standortübergreifende Projekte ein und wirken in der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur mit. Dies beinhaltet sowohl die Planung und Einführung neuer Technologien als auch die Optimierung bestehender Systeme.
