Responsibilities

  • - Manages the team under his geographical perimeter
  • - Recruit, coach, set objectives and appraise
  • - Define and maintain an evolution plan for his team
  • - Maintain continuous relation with the Local HR department
  • - Organize the shifts in order to ensure the required coverage
