Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Als Ansprechpartner*in im 1st und 2nd Level Support hast du unsere Netzwerkstruktur an allen Arbeitsplätzen (Windows) sowie Produktionsplätzen (Linux) im Blick und stellst den IT-Service für alle Mitarbeitenden sicher.
  • Du führst Fehlerbehebungen im Desktop-, Drucker- und Mobilbereich eigenständig durch. Zudem entwickelst und implementierst du technische Lösungen auf Basis unserer etablierten Support-Prinzipien.
  • Überwache unsere Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (Hardware, TCP/IP, Router, WIFI) und analysiere Fehler im WLAN und LAN unter Nutzung einschlägiger Netzwerkprotokolle.
  • Halte dich über neue Applikationen und technologische Entwicklungen auf dem Laufenden und baue dein Wissen und deine Fähigkeiten kontinuierlich aus, um das IT-Team und unsere Mitarbeitenden bestmöglich zu unterstützen.
