Responsibilities

  • As an IT Warehouse Consultant (m/f/d), you translate complex operational requirements into detailed requirements, solutions, and procedures with a focus on warehouse management systems.
  • You evaluate potential solutions with our suppliers based on business requirements and coordinate the implementation of the solutions.
  • You create quality-relevant documentation and manage the implementation of extensions and changes to existing IT solutions.

  • Business Analyst: As a Business Analyst, you are the link between the business community and IT.
  • Your task is to ensure that the technical solutions meet the users' requirements.
  • To do this, you develop a good understanding of warehouse business processes (receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatching) to specify highly complex requirements and translate them into detailed service requirements, paying attention to security and quality requirements (GxP environment) and financial guidelines.
  • Solution Architect & Test Coordinator: As a Solution Architect & Test Coordinator, you play an important role in specifying the architecture of IT systems and conducting tests of business processes in close collaboration with internal and external IT partners.
  • You advise the Business Process Owner on improving business processes and work closely with the project team to ensure that the systems are optimally developed and tested.
  • System Ownership & Change Management: As a Change Owner, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of a change.
  • You coordinate the involvement of all parties involved and ensure that all changes, e.g., to the IT infrastructure, are effectively managed and documented.
  • As a Service Manager, you work closely with warehousing suppliers to ensure the stability of the warehouse systems.
  • You analyze and optimize ITSM processes in coordination with service management experts.
  • 2nd Level Support: You analyze problems and support the first level support.
  • Project Manager: As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful implementation of projects.
  • You plan, monitor, and control all project activities and inform project stakeholders about the progress.
