Responsibilities

  • Lead business plans and brand activation for Carte d’Or Spain, both In-Home (Tubs and new potential segments) and Out of Home (Scooping)
  • Responsible for Innovation & Renovation projects, both local initiatives and execution of regional plans.
  • Propose brand activity and measurable objectives. Monitors brand performance and recommends solutions to meet annual targets.
  • Brand audit, Jobs to be done, Activity plans, Scorecards & in-market pricing.
  • Owner of brand budget end-to-end with project allocation decisions.
  • Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P’s).
  • Actively participate in and prepare internal meetings (brand & project reviews, sales meetings, customer plans)
  • Lead the digital marketing plan of the brand, specially for B2B business, working closely with agencies both for production and media allocation.
  • Creation of the marketing plan for almost 100 Scoopshops in Spain through POS activation materials & digital support.
  • Lead PR & Social & Newsletter plans for Carte d’Or out of home
  • Together with the Marketing Manager, define short- & long-term strategies for the brand across the different channels, with P&L responsibility.
  • Together with Trade, sets national level brand KPI’s and work on relevant plans for key customers and for both channels.
