This is an excellent opportunity for junior doctors who aspire to become neurosurgeons, interventional neuro-radiologists, neurologists, neuro-oncologists or neuropathologists. All our posts are well supported and closely supervised by consultants and the successful post holders will be assigned an Educational and Clinical supervisor and will have regular career progress meetings. The trust strongly supports teaching and training and the post holders will be encouraged to attend the MRCS exam preparation sessions organised by the Core Surgical training programme. Previous post holders have progressed onto Registrar posts within the department or in other units.
