Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Min. 2 years of content creation or social media experience, ideally in the beauty or lifestyle sector
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, trends, and best practices, with proven experience creating content that drives engagement
  • Passion for the haircare, and/or professional stylist community; experience working in the industry is a big plus
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or other editing platforms such as Canva and CapCut
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and be present in front of the camera
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and concept compelling content - tailored for our social platforms
  • Monitor social trends, translate them into ideas that relate with our global audience and make them happen
  • Monitor platform updates, and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry benchmarks
  • Collaborate on partnerships with other creators
  • Ideate, produce, and edit photo, video, and graphic content optimized for each platform
  • Ensure all content highlights the latest trends and innovations in the hair and beauty space
  • Create content that transports the messaging and look & feel of our brands.
  • Represent our brands as moderator in front of the camera (e.g. for Instagram live)
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to develop briefs and ensure creative alignment with the content goals
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with external agencies or partners for large-scale
