  • Desired: 2 years’ experience in FMCG Operations and Understanding of digital transformation frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Agile)
  • Experience using Python Script and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and cleanse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs, and present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Coordinate monthly reports on finance, productivity, and project completion.
  • Serve as the central contact for reporting and analytics queries in Drinks Dispense.
  • Work with the CAPEX & Digital Transformation Manager to create reports for the Drinks Dispense Team and UK On Trade department.
  • Support projects such as digitization, AI, and application development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and adherence to standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data workflows, methodologies, and reporting processes.
  • Play a key role in maintaining high customer service standards.
