Responsibilities

  • The Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online media campaigns to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
  • To be a great sparring partner to the Digital Marketing Manager & Head of Media on developing strong commercial initiatives.
  • Develop and manage full funnel media campaigns (paid social, video, display, offline: OOH, DOOH).
  • Develop and manage performance media campaigns across various digital channels, including search, display, social media, SEO and programmatic.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and relevant KPI’s adherence to financial targets.
  • Test and evaluate new media channels and platforms to identify growth opportunities.
  • To coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to partners both internal, central and with the brands.
  • To cooperate with creative agencies with close cooperation with working students/interns to create impactful campaigns.
  • Develop reporting and knowledge sharing internal and with central team.
