  • Demonstrable experience of visual storytelling to turn complex statistical modelling into creative pieces of art
  • In-depth presentation experience using PowerPoint
  • An outstanding knowledge of the Adobe creative suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (Premiere Pro and After Effects are desirable but not essential)
  • Working knowledge of a project management tool (ideally Monday.com) desirable.
  • Understanding of working within a set of brand guidelines
  • Ability to own project management of complex, ambitious, and collaborative initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with people at all levels of the business

  • Regularly monitor and update HRW branded templates, both internal and external (Global Brand Consistency)
  • Support Marketing and business development initiatives optimising the team workspace from a design perspective
  • Take ownership of design projects, from conception, creative support and delivery, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the business
