  • Working closely with the People Team, Senior HR Consultant and HR Business Partners, you will facilitate the smooth execution of change initiatives by coordinating communication efforts, including meetings and large volumes of written correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and engaged throughout the transition process.
  • You will also provide support with monitoring and evaluating the impact of change initiatives, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements.
