Responsibilities

  • Supporterai lo sviluppo del portafoglio clienti attraverso la creazione e la gestione di nuove opportunità commerciali così come attraverso la chiusura di opportunità esistenti;
  • Gestione End-to-End della sua lista di clienti, degli obiettivi di quota e della soddisfazione dei KPI;
  • Contatterai i Clienti/Partners via telefono e/o e-mail per la creazione e gestione delle opportunità di vendita, incluso up selling, cross selling, campagne specifiche e/o profilazioni utili a comprendere le necessità di business e i comportamenti di acquisto;
  • Gestione della pipeline di vendita;
  • Utilizzo dei forecast e sviluppo di analisi competitive all’interno di ogni cliente al fine di aumentarne la quota di mercato;
