  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to address legal questions, provide compliance guidance, and support the integration of legal best practices across departments.
  • Policy Development and Training: Contribute to the creation and rollout of internal compliance policies, as well as staff training initiatives related to governance and legal compliance.
  • Management of outside counsels: Coordinating and supervising the legal services provided by external law firms and Kia Europe GmbH’s data protection officer (DPO).
