Responsibilities

  • Revoir ou rédiger des contrats commerciaux pour les différents départements (production, logistique, achats, ressources humaines, finance, influenceurs et partenariats etc.)
  • Mettre en place et mettre à jour des modèles de contrats et participer à l’amélioration des process juridiques
  • Valider des publicités et des campagnes marketing
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles sur de nouveaux projets d’HelloFresh en France ou de nouvelles réglementations (notamment en droit de la consommation)
  • Participer à l’approbation des comptes et à la gestion des problématiques d’assurance
  • Participer au déploiement d’outils juridiques en France
  • Réaliser la veille juridique sur tous les sujets dont tu seras en charge.
