Responsibilities

  • Leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and consult small & medium sized partners to embrace Zalando’s Platform strategy, adopt Zalando ́s Platform Services and leverage key technologies. Generate profitable growth for a defined set of brands in alignment with the Zalando group Strategy and within our compliance landscape. Your brands are part of a defined Category where you will build expertise.
  • You leverage your strong analytical skills to analyse data and create insights to enable internal stakeholders or to autonomously cultivate existing partnerships to make sure they can take full advantage of our growing suite of service offerings to maximise the ROI of our platform.
  • You support the senior team members and their decision-making by collecting information and preparing the decision-making.
  • You liaise and align with internal stakeholders to develop clear partner roadmaps by working cross-functionally. As such you translate our assortment and market strategies into partner actions with the aim to increase end customers satisfaction. You follow through with operational excellence when executing such strategies.
  • You work together with Product, Operations and Tech to ensure that partner´s feedback is transformed into innovative solutions.
  • You troubleshoot and improve our current processes.
  • You show end to end responsibility for a defined set of partners, You therefore are able to streamline each partner request and need to the right team and processes. Thanks to that we are able to operate efficiently at scale.
