Responsibilities

  • - Responsible for accurately creating and managing project schedules, resource allocations, and timelines
  • - Coordinating tasks, optimizing resource usage, and mitigating potential delays
  • - Outlining the scope of the project, budgeting, and tracking project costs
  • - Fully conversant with P6 and constructing a project WBS
  • - Monitoring and updating the schedule in accordance with the contract
  • - Fully resourcing and cost loading the project
  • - Supporting the planning lead with accurate data for project performance
  • - Producing critical path analysis and reporting variations
  • - Integrating supplier schedules into a master project programme
  • - Understanding schedule interfaces and dependencies to produce key milestones
  • - Interacting with various groups to ensure schedule compliance
  • - Attending project change meetings and supporting the commercial team
  • - Ideally holding an HNC or equivalent in an engineering sector
  • - Relevant experience in integrated Automation Systems within airports or related industries
  • - Experience with airport baggage handling systems design
  • - Proficiency in P6/Primavera and cost loading programmes.
