  • As a Junior Product Designer, you’ll be working within a product team to deliver best-in-class solutions for Mettle’s customers and colleagues.
  • You’ll demonstrate design thinking and the ability to problem solve by transforming customer insights into designed experiences, following the user-centred design process
  • You’ll also be:
  • Producing journey maps, wireframes, hi-fidelity UI and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas
  • Participating in ideation, brainstorming and critique workshops
  • Working with other designers on Mettle’s design systems, ensuring accessibility is paramount
  • Helping to set the vision for product design at Mettle, and contribute to the goals of the wider design team
