Responsibilities

  • liaise with US business stakeholders to support the development and implementation of the roadmap to grow our US franchise in Flow Equity Derivatives
  • participate in building business cases by identifying target markets and appropriate products, as well as assessing revenue potential. Work with product team colleagues to monitor revenue and return on investment throughout the product lifecycle using relevant data and metrics
  • partner with Technology to successfully deliver business initiatives throughout the lifecycle
  • understand the needs of an ever evolving business and drive adoption of the tools developed
  • develop materials and processes to ensure regular updates to present to stakeholders in the region
  • incorporate our Agile practices into day to day work (retrospectives, backlog grooming, developing OKRs, sprints, stand-ups)
