What is the primary role of the Junior Product Owner in the Agile Transformation Team?
The primary role of the Junior Product Owner is to support the product vision, define scope, prioritize the backlog, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes related to Advisory Strategies, including PIM and Alternative Investments.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must have 2+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Is prior experience in Wealth Management or Brokerage preferred?
Yes, 1+ year of Wealth Management or Brokerage experience, preferably investment related, is desired.
What Agile methodologies are relevant to this role?
Relevant Agile methodologies include user story and feature writing experience, as well as client discovery experience.
Will the Junior Product Owner be required to engage with stakeholders?
Yes, the Junior Product Owner is responsible for engaging stakeholders, project and product managers, and Technology partners to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
