Responsibilities

  • Gathering internal and external feedback to identify potential new products or improvements to existing products.
  • Using tools to develop needs for new products or for revisions to existing products. Tracking the status of projects from inception to release.
  • Evaluating processes and resources to identify potential limitations in product. Modifying designs to maximize client adoption and product quality.
  • Generating processes and plans to measure product quality and evaluating results to identify deficiencies. Adjusting to client’s and business needs and requirements as needed.
  • Monitoring and improving the scrum process and project progress; helping solve impediments in the development process.
  • Coaching the scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products.
  • Fostering self-organization and collaborative scrum team; sheltering the team from outside distractions to keep focus mainly on the agreed sprint goals.
