Requirements

  • Associate degree and/or equivalent experience (1-2 years, open to 2 years of applicable co-op experience)
  • Knowledge of our client's Field Service Business preferred
  • Expertise in MS Office Applications

Responsibilities

  • Check work orders for scheduling (urgency, request date, customer info, correct scope of work, time to execute, etc.) and prepare and prioritize any backlogged work orders within our automatic system (CCC).
  • Manage all work orders for at least the next 3 months, determining the best date/timing while balancing customer requirements, material delivery, and skilled/certified FSR availability.
  • Maximize FSR utilization by minimizing travel, idle time, and overtime, and combining multiple interventions to the same or nearby locations when possible.
  • Communicate directly and proactively with customers, confirm intervention details, and remind FSRs of constraints (safety requirements, equipment, permits to work, site access, timing, report, debriefing with customers, etc.).
