Requirements

  • While not mandatory, this position is ideally suited for an individual with an understanding of IT/application support. Familiarity with JavaScript, UX design, effective communication, and problem-solving skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • As of 2023, more than 30,000 companies have adopted ServiceNow. It's the choice of 85% of Fortune 500 companies. The growing adoption of ServiceNow across businesses is driving an increased demand for skilled IT Administrators and Application Developers knowledgeable in their eco-system.
  • We will train you in Application Development; providing you with the skills for developing, configuring and enhancing crucial and sometimes complex IT services and platforms. You'll use your outstanding communication skills to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions in agile environments.
  • You'll create automated workflows to take the pain out of manual business processes, helping to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that incidents of all types of severity are dealt with rapidly and responsibly.
  • You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations to ensure seamless functionality across the enterprise, and use JavaScript to create and debug client-side and server-side scripts to automate more complex business processes within the ServiceNow platform.
  • You'll be fully trained and certified by our ServiceNow instructors, building skills and confidence in a fun and supportive environment that will not only challenge you but also develop your specialist capabilities ready to work on our clients' projects.
