Responsibilities

  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls promptly and efficiently
  • Taking and forwarding messages
  • Dealing with queries from clients or associates
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
  • Assisting internal / external visitors in finding their way around the office
  • Making refreshments for meetings and guests
  • Ensure that the kitchen is tidy and well stocked / ordering weekly shopping list
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ensuring that communal areas are presentable at all times
  • Distribute post, parcels and deliveries
  • Assist the Office Manager with office facilities
  • Organising and running of events throughout the year
  • Ordering catering and stationery
  • IT – checking meeting room tech is working
