Responsibilities

  • Support the development of measurement and data strategies for clients.
  • Assist in analysing and presenting analytics results and recommendations to clients, both technical and non-technical.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and the team to implement and improve analytics processes.
  • Work with the team to integrate new analytics tools into the agency's operations.
  • Support the adoption and training of analytic tools among the agency's clients.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics.

  • Measures of success:
  • In three months, you would have:
  • Learn the basic of GA4 and other technologies and be starting to support on client projects
  • In six months, you would have:
  • You will start to take ownership of certain elements of client/ internal projects to help support the teams growth
  • In 12 months, you would have:
  • Become the point of contact for client accounts, and be seen as a mentor to the more junior members of the team
