  • Gestion et suivi des précontentieux et contentieux liés à l'activité
  • Analyses juridiques et définition de la stratégie du dossier en collaboration avec les conseils externes et suivi des procédures judiciaires
  • Négociation et recherche d'issues transactionnelles, contribution aux médiations, conciliations et traitement des réclamations en soutien des Directions internes
  • Elaboration de la documentation juridique pertinente
  • Contribution au pilotage de l’activité, notamment via l’élaboration de tableaux de bords et de reportings de l’activité contentieuse au sein de l’entité
  • Présentation de l’activité au Comité de Direction de l’entité
