Responsibilities

  • La création et suivi des FIA (FPS, FPCI, FPCR, OFS…) et des organismes de titrisation et notamment :
  • Proposer des options de véhicule d’investissement en fonction des contraintes et besoins du client (notamment contraintes réglementaires, juridiques, fiscales et comptables) et réaliser le montage de la solution dans le meilleur intérêt des clients
  • Sélectionner les partenaires (dépositaires, CAC, etc)
  • Revoir la documentation juridique et participer à la négociation des contrats (apports d’affaires, convention de conseil en investissement, de distribution, règlement des fonds, DIC, relation avec les avocats, CAC, dépositaire…) en collaboration avec les départements Front, middle et Compliance
  • Coordonner la création du fonds avec toutes les parties prenantes et gérer l’Onboarding opérationnel des nouveaux clients et nouveaux fonds, notamment en collaboration avec les départements middle et front office.
  • Suivi des dossiers avec l’AMF (déclaration des nouveaux fonds gérés, demande d’agrément, commercialisation, mutation …)
  • Suivi de la vie des fonds et modification de la documentation juridique en fonction des événements.
  • Suivi de la veille réglementaire (ELTIF, SFDR, …)
