Responsibilities

  • Du übernimmst die inhaltliche und rechnerische Prüfung, Kontrolle und Kontierung von unterschiedlichsten Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, sowie unterschiedlichen Abrechnungen (z. B. Hafenkostenabrechnungen, Landausflugsabrechnungen, Honorarrechnungen/-gutschriften, Pachtabrechnungen, Weiterbelastungen, usw.) unter Einhaltung der Zahlungsziele und Skontofristen
  • Für unterschiedliche Fachbereiche erstellst du Rechnungen bzw. Gutschriften
  • Du übernimmst die Analyse, Fehlerbearbeitung, Datenkontrolle und Standardisierung mit den verantwortlichen Ansprechpartnern sowie den entsprechenden Fachabteilungen, der Buchhaltung und der Rechnungssteller
  • Die Bearbeitungen von Mahnungen und Anfragen seitens der Lieferanten oder internen Kollegen/innen gehören zu deinem Tagesgeschäft
  • Du unterstützt bei der Klärung offener Posten und sonstigen Aufgaben der zentralen Rechnungsprüfung
