Responsibilities

  • Develop strong, profitable and trustworthy long-term client relationships.
  • Owner of a specific trade portfolio and full responsibility to deliver accordant trade targets.
  • Ensure highest possible contracting compliance.
  • Advance the transformation and digitalization in line with the company's goals and establish strong business relationships with clients.
  • To proactively as well as reactively engage in daily work with clients aiming to deliver high quality, professional and friendly service. Strive for swift resolution of valid client escalations.
  • Assist your Key Account Manager developing the account on global scope.
  • Establish regular and consistent performance dialogues, internally as well as with clients.
  • Coordinate and participating in client meetings, tender preparation/submission and negotiation as required.
  • Launching new initiatives to drive trades including individual country meetings and creating game plans.
  • Intense internal and external stakeholder management to drive volume within agreed global targets.
  • Driving the adoption of new tools, products and processes designed to improve how we serve our customers.
  • Identifying and closing gaps in sales processes and requirements as well as a proper system hygiene.
  • To foster the co-existence in our client partnership by finding new cooperation opportunities beyond ocean to support the company’s L&S strategy.
