Responsibilities

  • One of the key objectives include strengthening and deepening relationships with existing retailers and elevating our top retail partners to the next quality level.
  • You will aim to act as consultants for our retailers, assisting with Sell In, Sell Out, assortment selection, and in-season management.
  • You will be responsible for our important accounts for the region.
  • With the focus on these few accounts you will drive quality and quantity within these account group and create a halo effect for the rest of the retailers in the region.
  • You will create and update strategic account plans, set sales goals, and prepare and hold strategic meetings to lead cross-functional alignment.
  • With a strong analytical mindset, you will analyze sell-through data throughout the season and take responsibility for the profitability of our retailers.
  • Your sales and presentation efforts will involve preparing and conducting sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs, virtually, and in one-on-one sell-in meetings.
  • You are committed to delivering the highest service level towards our accounts.
  • To enhance sales and personal professionalism, you will learn and apply new product knowledge.
  • You will practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations and follow company policies and procedures at all times.
