  • Win over new Customers (IAM Wholesalers) for A123 Systems
  • Prospect for new business and solicit new customers to expand the customer base.
  • Launch and execute strategies and programs to drive growth, supporting new product launches, and execute commercial negotiations.
  • Competitor analysis Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and communicate sales promotion campaigns tailored to the battery industry.
  • Find new business opportunities by deeply understanding the customer and his needs
  • Identify and establish strategic relationships / partnerships within the IAM battery market.
  • Maintain frequent and regular contact with customer management, purchasing, sales and other relevant stakeholders on HQ and branch level to promote A123 Systems products and services.
  • Develop financial analysis to support competitive quotes and capture new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations with customers, ensuring a win-win situation while maintaining required margins.
  • Develop sales forecasts, objectives, and roadmaps to exceed sales goals.

  • Responsible for identifying the cost-effectiveness of major operational changes in relation to customer satisfaction, sales, and associated margins.
