  • Partner with the Customer Manager to develop and implement robust joint business plans that align with both L'Oréal's and the account's strategic objectives.
  • Proactively identify and analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities, providing valuable insights to shape the commercial vision and inform decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the account, acting as the primary point of contact for L'Oréal.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the retailer's business, including their organizational structure, decision-making processes, and competitive landscape. Develop retailer-specific development plans with compelling narratives to secure buy-in and support.
