  • Planning, Implementing the identified 6P Strategy with the customers

  • Onboarding of new customer accounts
  • Customer-level Commercial Business Planning(CBP) to ensure stock planning is done
  • Engaging with Field / operations team to ensure smooth delivery of business
  • Working with CS&L for transition to Direct and managing Direct deliveries
  • Managing Customer Claims and processing them in timely manner Independent account handling
  • Planning Customer level spends and ensuring P&L at customer level is maintained
  • Achieve customer-level and category-level sales values to deliver the target Net Sales for the year
  • Planning and implementing the 6P Strategy with the customers
