  • Being the main orchestrater of activities around your prospect or client, with a clear focus on customer success (this includes but is not limited to sales activities, presales, consulting and ongoing relationships)
  • Developing and executing account plans, with a clear focus on key target accounts
  • Build up a sustainable and robust pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting and account planning
  • Drive customer success through strong understanding of their business and ability to strongly engage the ZEISS Digital Innovation value proposition within those customer communities
  • Preparing and executing meetings and projects together with our teams and your customers
