Responsibilities

  • You own the P&L of your channel - you are in charge of everything offline in the Philippines, the expansion of both the top and bottom line.
  • You will forge long-lasting partnerships with Philippines leading retailers, acting as an Emma brand ambassador and constantly expand our brand presence in the country.
  • You will design and implement product, marketing and sales strategies to grow the channel profitably: adapt portfolios, refine pricing, launch annual promo plans, negotiate visibility, optimize store traffic and conversion.
  • You will closely track, analyze, and optimize performance of your accounts. You will also be involved in the execution and ideation of each campaign.
  • You will create ad-hoc analyses and reports including, but not limited to conducting research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition; and identifying trends by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements and using this information.
