Responsibilities

  • Local Strategy Development: Develop and own the strategic vision for your city. Maximise market penetration, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Strategic, commercial and operational management: Oversee day-to-day business management and operations. Execute strategies with solutions that are specific, granular - where appropriate, scalable and repeatable. Embrace continuous improvement to create micro improvements, and influence systematic changes across the city (people and processes)
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurant partners, delivery personnel, local authorities, and customers
  • Proactive performance management and reporting
  • Track and analyse KPIs and SLAs to measure the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets, steer financial performance
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management and stakeholders as needed
  • Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation initiatives and identify growth opportunities to keep Lieferando at the forefront of the food delivery market.
